Here at AKW, we are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst, someone to provide high quality information and support to the business to aid strategic decisions and the business to grow and improve.
Providing support and assistance to the Commercial Finance Team, you will lead in complex analysis and reporting for the department, overseeing the price hold process, PTO approvals and providing the main signatory for all significant discount proposals. Managing complex queries and pricing responsibilities, you will issue invoice sign offs, take ownership of the non-merchant rebate process and prepare the international and board reports.
We would ideally like you to hold an accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience in complex financial reporting, analysis and pricing. With demonstrable experience of finance partnering, you will have proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, including VLookup and formulas with a keen eye for detail. A natural problem solver, you will be able to solve complex finance-related queries and work independently without the need for high levels of support. Decisive and proactive, you will be flexible in your approach. We are looking for somebody with strong communication skills as you will be exposed to strategic decision makers at all levels of the organisation. You'll also have to interact with the wider business to be able to deliver results and decisions.
