Kennedys is looking for a Litigation Executive or Litigation Assistant for their defendant personal injury motor team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients. The vacancy is within the volume team so will include handling claims in the OIC, MOJ, small claims track and fast track claims according to experience. Due to the team's wide variety of instructions, there is scope and opportunity to progress your career within the team to deal with complex claims. Team Kennedys' Motor Team is based across 5 of Kennedys offices. They handle pre and post litigation work ranging from OIC claims through to multi-track matters involving complex injuries, indemnity and liability arising from road traffic accidents. Clients Insurers Claims handling companies Self-insured companies Required experience 6 months with the relevant experience Civil litigation experience with a Defendant based preference but not essential. Knowledge of the personal injury protocols and Civil Procedure rules. Experience of providing advice, drafting, negotiation and handling own caseload Good organisational and time management skills Ability to adapt and take on a range of cases according to the team requirements.
