Glasgow City Council's Customer Contact Centre (CCC) handles incoming telephone enquiries for Glasgow City Council and the Glasgow family.
We invite applications for an exciting and varied role as a full-time (35 hours per week) Customer Service Advisor working within the busy CCC team.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to multi-task, be flexible, and work under pressure. Your day will be varied from call handling supporting a variety of GCC services such as Cleansing, Public Health, Registrars, Education grants, etc., or providing telephone support assisting customers applying for assistance from the Scottish Welfare Fund.
Comprehensive training and continuous supervisory support will be provided.
