What You’ll Do:
* Milestone Management: Ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works are completed on time and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
* Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, generate purchase orders, and monitor income and expenditure for financial health.
* Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
* Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings, and resolve resident inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.
What You’ll Bring:
* A degree or equivalent education, with TPI Part 1 certification essential.
* 5+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in estate or property management.
* Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Encore operate a hybrid working model, for this role the requirement is 2 days in the office, 2 days from home and 1 day on site.
The salary banding for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 p.a.
