Main duties of the job The Occupational Health Senior Lead Nurse will be an active member of the OH senior leadership team and will provide professional guidance, leadership and direction to the OH nursing team (Nurse Managers, Practice Development Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse Advisors, OH Nurses and Technicians). Reporting to the Head of Service and working closely with the Clinical Lead and other members of SLT, the successful candidate will be accountable for the efficient and effective operational management of the nursing workforce, guaranteeing provision of high quality evidence based nursing practice and playing a pivotal role in successfully delivering on our key strategic priorities, physical health, psychological health and screening, surveillance and vaccination. The post holder will be a strong clinical leader, highly visible and accessible to the OH team and service users.
