Facilities Co-ordinator
Role Profile
Reports to: Retail Support Manager
Location: Glasgow, office based
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Role Overview
With a service oriented mind-set and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom, Europe and Canada.
You will join a team where your role will be vital to the success of the operation so being collaborative is essential.

What does a typical day sound like?
* You will offer retail stores fast, consistent and high quality support
* You will be responsible for raising repair and maintenance jobs
* You will collate energy readings from our retail stores
* You will work closely with the retail buyer and store managers to generate and maintain the best assortment per store
* You will be responsible for managing that all master data in the system is up to date and accurate
* You will optimize the product flow of the retail stores by checking up on the inventory levels
* You will be responsible for ordering phone lines and PDQ machines
