You will be a key member of the Squad, responsible for developing and synchronizing technical product visions with stakeholders, monitoring business and technical health, and continually soliciting feedback to prioritize product enhancements. Your key accountabilities will include defining product requirements, ensuring they solve important customer and business problems, and managing the Release scope with existing resource constraints and business priorities. You will have the authority to accept product increments and contribute to Squad product development to the extent of your competence.
We value candidates with strong experience in owning and delivering digital products, ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas, solid business understanding, and high-level understanding of digital product delivery. You should be able to clearly explain customer and stakeholder requirements, set and guard clear goals and priorities, and support the autonomous way of working of the squad.
