As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for: Assisting in the implementation of Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and supporting students with ASD and other learning needs. Providing one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum. Working closely with teachers to adapt learning resources and teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students. Fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and valued. Monitoring and tracking the progress of students, reporting back to the SEN coordinator and teachers.
