* KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager to support the construction Partner within KPMG Law in working on non-contentious construction matters and transactions.
* KPMG Law wishes to grow and develop the real estate team with the hire of an experienced construction lawyer to support the KPMG Law construction Partner to take full advantage of the synergies with the real estate lawyers already at KPMG Law, as well as the opportunities created by KPMG's market leading tax and deal advisory practices.
* The successful candidates will have experience in the drafting and negotiation of building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and other ancillary documents, including bonds, parent company guarantees, development agreements and agreements for lease. Drafting and negotiating of development management agreements, development funding agreements and promote agreements would also be advantageous. The successful candidate may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
