37 hours per week – 18 month Fixed Term
Grade 7: Salary range £35,180 - £38,424 per annum
Based in Andover
This is a great time to join Test Valley's forward-thinking and proactive Housing team.
We are looking for two Housing Project Officers to drive the delivery of multiple projects that will improve service delivery across the Housing department.
In this role, you will carry out research and analysis on changes to housing policy and legislation, as well as local priority areas, to make recommendations for local policy changes. You will gather customer and stakeholder feedback to inform your recommendations for service change.
You will work closely with all other teams within the housing service, primarily focused on preventing and relieving homelessness.
We seek dynamic, customer-focused individuals who thrive in busy and demanding environments. Experience in a statutory homelessness setting and a proven track record of project delivery are essential.

The role is based in Andover with flexibility for some home working.
