What We're Looking For:
A degree in Psychology (or related field).
A genuine interest in working with children with Special Educational Needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude.Previous experience working with SEN children is a plus but not essential - passion and dedication are what matter most!
