Are you an experienced Department Manager with experience in projects installations? Our client is seeking a Projects Installation Department Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis in Lichfield.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 40 Hours Per Week
Travel: Extensive travel across the UK

The Role:
As a Projects Installation Department Manager, you will:
1. Manage the Supply & Fix operation daily, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead a team of project managers, planning coordinators, and installation engineers.
3. Drive staffing plans, quality initiatives, and process improvements.
4. Prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
6. Liaise with internal departments and customers to meet service expectations.
The Candidate:
The ideal Projects Installation Department Manager will have:
1. Proficiency in IT skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not essential.
4. Willingness to travel extensively and work non-standard hours.
