We’re looking for an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join us on that transformation journey. Reporting into the Business Unit Lead HRBP, this role will have an impact in the HR team and directly with client group as part of their leadership team. In both fields the role will be accountable for the design and delivery of strategy across the People Plans and Business Plans for commercial growth. You’ll be a strategic thinker, able to shape and form the people strategy. As part of the People team in a fast-growing organization, you’ll also be hands on with the programmatic implementation and delivery, working with stakeholders across our business - establishing requirements, and working on successful implementation of our people plans across the business. We currently have a team of 6 HR Business Partners within the Northern Europe HR team serving a client base of some 800 employees, made up of Consulting and Support staff spread across our Northern Europe offices, the majority of which sit in the UK. In this role you will: Develop and execute strategic initiatives with a client specific people plan to attract, retain and develop talent. Partner and consult with business leaders, to understand their business needs and creatively support their needs with solutions that align to our organizational strategy. Coach leaders on the employee life cycle, enabling leaders to be accountable through ownership of decisions whilst providing expertise and guidance on practices e.g. workforce planning; succession planning; engagement strategy. Drive growth of business leaders through effective coaching and providing positive disruption to challenge their thinking. Navigate the change environment, coaching leaders through design, implementation and monitoring the impact of change. Cultivate partnerships across the HR team, including centre's of excellence and shared services to collaborate and deliver customer centric solutions. Report on the full suite of relevant MI, working across the HR team and finance to provide analysis and insights, enabling us and business leaders to make data led decisions. About you: You will have a proven depth of experience as a commercial HR Business Partner, specifically in building and developing a people strategy representative of the business priorities and external market trends. Strategic and data driven mindset with the ability to think critically and convey complex insights in a clear and compelling manner. Excellent engagement and stakeholder management skills; able to forge strong working relationships that translate into shared outcomes. Prior experience in professional sales, consulting and/or scientific related skills ideally in the environmental, civil engineering, oil & energy, STEM and/ or management consulting industry sector is beneficial but not essential.
