What’s the Role? Our client Deloitte, the global consultancy and advisory organisation and the world’s largest professional services network, known as one of the 'Big 4’, is looking for experienced Collections Agents to assist a high street bank on a Collections project. Tell me more Start Date: 10th March 2025 End Date: 31st July 2026 Location: Working from home. Desktop computers will be provided but you will be required to provide a strong WIFI connection Rate: £162 per day Shifts: 5 days (40 hours) per week. Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day between 8am to 8pm Saturday - between 9am and 5pm. You will do 2 lates per week and will need to work every 3rd Saturday. However, if you work on a Saturday, you will have an allocated weekday off during that week Your day-to-day activities will include: Assisting both vulnerable and non-vulnerable customers who have fallen behind or are at risk of falling behind on payments for loans, credit cards, or mortgages (both secured and unsecured) Completing income and expenditure forms Communicating solutions both verbally and over the phone Achieving quality and production targets Reporting any issues to the Team Leader Raising policy or process gaps to the relevant department. What knowledge, skills & experience we need Minimum 3 months experience in collections, arrears or debt management within Financial Services OR 6 months experience in Utilities. High volume inbound call centre experience is essential Provide excellent customer service and empathy to work with vulnerable members of the public. Knowledge of the TEXAS or other vulnerability models is desired.
