Your new role
As a Customer Services Executive, you will handle incoming calls, process orders, resolve customer queries, collaborate well with internal departments, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and enhance the overall experience for clients. You'll provide clients with quotes, work to resolve any issues with their orders, and invoicing discrepancies, as well as develop product knowledge to support customer needs and the organisation's commercial objectives.

Strong communication skills and previous experience in customer service, order processing, and supporting customers outside a call centre environment.
