Based at Borderway Mart, Carlisle this is an opportunity to work in the country s busiest auction mart, regularly handling more than 10,000 head of livestock each week.

Knowledge and experience of handling livestock is essential.
The job includes:
ensuring customers receive the highest level of service
working closely with our Health & Safey Manager to ensure the safety of employees and customers
helping sellers and buyers get the information they require
making sure all customers feel welcome and valued
assisting in building on an established and highly successful livestock auction
ensuring the safety and welfare of all livestock on site
having an oversight of all livestock movements into and out of the site
The position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop their career with a profitable and growing company.
Salary will be dependent on the experience and skills of the successful candidate - ranging up to £50,000 per annum.
