Closing Date: Friday 4th April Location: Nottingham Contract: Permanent / Part-Time (22.5 hours / Mon-Wed) Recruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister-Lyas Overview: Welcome to Liz Earle In-Store team As we expand our retail offer in the UK, you will be instrumental in developing new processes and influencing the overall look and feel of our stores. You will be responsible for managing a multitude of shopper marketing projects across the UK market, including regular store updates, POS design, windows, events; whilst maintaining our strong brand integrity and identity. The role will be based at our Nottingham office reporting to the Shopper Marketing and Visual Merchandising Manager and working closely with two other Assistant Managers in the team. Key responsibilities: • In-store execution o Project manage & lead NPD & promotional launches in-line with calendar o Cost review and budget management • Secondary store space o Work with external agencies to brief & produce branded sites e.g., FSDU’s, trays, totems etc • Internal & External relationships o Liase and manage suppliers, managing KPIs, challenge spend o Work closely with internal teams, holding meetings with commercial/brand/agency • Evaluations & ROI o Effective and efficient evaluations per project and ongoing improvement suggestions on process o Constant process improvements & negotiations with suppliers & key stakeholders What you’ll need to have: • Experience in a previous role within Instore marketing ideally within the beauty industry • Passion and interest for the beauty industry required. Excellent eye for design and detail, understands the importance of aesthetic and functional quality • Ability to develop and bring to life the marketing calendar in store, creating a clear but engaging presentation for each category • Organisational agility and great project management skills required to drive creation & implementation of in store marketing updates. Advance planning and ability to be nimble and juggling multiple priorities • Promotes and leads cross-functional working linked to integration of in store materials. Contributes to team dynamic, leads by example sharing best practice and supports team members. • Communicates and presents confidently on areas of responsibility, developing a strong cross-functional network. • Ensure on budget and on time implementation of all products and instore execution for the Liz Earle brand in the UK market.
