We are looking to appoint an individual on a full time, permanent basis to join us as a Business Support Administrator in Harrogate. Working closely with our Business Support team, you'll be responsible for operational ad administrative tasks. You’ll be integral to the provision of our discretionary asset management services and liaise directly with our advisers and clients. Please note, this role is mainly based from our offices in Harrogate 4/5 days per week. What you’ll do as a Business Support Administrator: Maintain and record data within business logs and internal systems. Processing new business documentation and providing key management information to the relevant departments Data input and ongoing management of client records via our internal systems Liaising with customers via email, phone and fax where necessary Supporting data provision to third parties (eg risk profilers/DD tools) Manage and maintaine Portfolio permissions via platforms such as Quilter, Abrdn Creating and updating portfolio documentation such as quarterly factsheets. General customer (adviser) and administration support across all areas of the business What we’re looking for: Proficient in Microsoft Suite An excel whizz – someone who understands the formulations would be an advantage Be keen to learn new systems and get stuck in Previous Administration/Finance service experience would be beneficial but not essential as all training can be provided.
