What you’ll be doing Owning the relationship with Executive Committee members and other senior stakeholders, building trust with a collaborative mindset Delivering best in class Business Partnering, driving business performance through insight and analysis Producing written reporting and analysis on performance for use across the organisation, up to and including Executive level Demonstrating effective leadership to provide an exemplary role model for your direct reports and peers across the organisation Acting as a senior member of the team to support the department to meet our objectives Driving continuous improvement in processes, reporting and information, tailored to the needs of senior stakeholders and to improve efficiency and effectiveness of working practices Deputising for the Head of Cost Business Partners when necessary. We need you to have Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role within the financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. ACCA/CIMA/ ICAS qualification (or working towards) with at least 5 years of post-qualified experience (note, we’ll also consider applications with different periods of experience). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting tools. Experience of creating and leading high performing teams finance teams. Demonstrable experience of financial planning and forecasting. It’s a bonus if you have but not essential Experience with PowerBi.
