We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join a dynamic global food manufacturing business.
Experience/exposure to UK Foodservice customers is desirable, but not essential. Training will be given; however, an enthusiastic and energetic mentality with a desire to succeed is a must.
This role focuses on driving sales growth by managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Relationship Management: Proactively engage with defined customers to maximise order volumes, resolve issues, and gather feedback to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Sales Growth: Identify upselling opportunities, introduce new product lines, and implement strategies to increase order values across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor sales performance against forecasts, analyse trends, and maintain accurate CRM records to inform strategic planning.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales agencies, logistics, and marketing teams to optimise customer service, promotional campaigns, and product availability.
* Account Performance: Manage customer portfolios to ensure profitability, track ROI on key initiatives, and address site-specific operational challenges.
Key Targets
* Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets and budget goals.
* Increased customer retention and expansion of product penetration within accounts.
* Accurate forecasting and timely resolution of customer queries.
* Effective use of CRM systems to track engagement and report on key metrics.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles within retail, wholesale, or foodservice sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen with negotiation skills and P&L awareness.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of foodservice or FMCG supply chains.
* Ability to analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
