We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Walton Summit, Preston on a 12 week temp-perm basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for the following: Addressing customer inquiries. Resolving issue and ensuring a positive experience. General admin duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively. What you need to have: A positive energetic attitude. Willingness to learn. Outgoing and enthusiastic. Excellent telephone manner with previous experience essential. Work well under pressure in a busy environment. Be able to work as part of a team. Good time keeping and good attendance levels. Good IT skills and good communication. Experience Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Pay is £12.50 paid weekly. Hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 & the occasional Saturday 08:00 - 12:00.
