You will act as the first port of call for all HR-related queries for employees and external partners. You will maintain and update employee records while handling most employee documentation, such as contracts and induction packs. You need superb communication and administration skills, the ability to deal with a variety of people, and the ability to stay calm in all situations. You will work at the head office in Ramsgate. This is a Monday through Friday position, 8 am—5 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. HR Advisor Responsibilities Leading Investigation, Grievance & Disciplinary hearings. Forming and maintaining employee records on both the system and within confidential folders. Advertising positions online and liaising with others as part of the recruitment process. Updating internal databases, such as sick leave and holiday leave. Preparing and amending HR documents, such as contracts. Answering phone calls and emails to communicate with external partners. Being the first point of contact for employees, answering any enquiries they may have. Be able to provide basic advice on the policies and procedures to staff and management. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, suppliers, and the public. HR Advisor Requirements CIPD Level 5 is highly desirable Experience in an HR work setting—HR Administrators with a strong knowledge of Disciplinary and Grievance procedures will be considered. Confidentiality of company information to be exercised at all times. Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft software, ideally Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work as part of a team. Good ethical judgment.
