Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a client-side or main contractor environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as the ideal candidate will need to work effectively with clients and subcontractors. Experience managing junior staff is desirable, and a valid driving license is required for travel purposes.
