Milk Education are currently partnered with a SEN school based in West Drayton who are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to visitors, parents, and staff at reception
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner
Assist with maintaining pupil records and managing confidential information
Support with daily administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, and data entry
Help with organising school events, meetings, and appointments
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain supplies and reordering stationery when needed
Assist the leadership team with any admin support as required
What We’re Looking For:
Previous administrative or school office experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and good organisational abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems
A flexible, can-do attitude
A kind and understanding nature, especially when working with pupils who have additional needs
Knowledge of school systems like SIMS (advantageous, but not essential)
