We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young man in County Durham.
Your role is all about making mornings fun and helping him get ready for the day, then accompanying him to his school environment.Throughout your time together, you’ll provide consistent, compassionate care that enhances his independence and well-being, allowing him to thrive and tackle his daily activities with confidence and a smile!
Once school is over, your role transitions to supporting his after-school activities and making sure he has a relaxing wind-down period.

Pay Rates:
1. £15.00 - £19.00 per hour
2. Approx. £60.00 - £76.00 (per 4-hour day shift)
3. Approx. £120.00 - £152.00 (Per 8-hour day shift)
Shifts Available:
4. Part Time Days
5. Monday – Friday (Term time only)
6. 7am-11am & 2pm-6pm
7. 8-hour shifts (during none term time)
8. 3-hour shifts (Alternate weekends, Saturday or Sunday)
Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Essential Experience:
9. 3 months previous care experience
10. Medication administration
11. Personal care
12. Moving and handling
