Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound customer calls promptly, providing professional and friendly assistance.
2. Understand and anticipate customer needs by using effective questioning techniques.
3. Efficiently manage customer requests, ensuring first-time resolution through available resources and tools.
4. Accurately log all customer interactions and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
5. Identify and recommend additional products or services that could benefit customers.
6. Reassure customers with a positive attitude and confirm that all their details and needs are accurately captured.
7. Quickly escalate unresolved issues for prompt resolution and provide feedback to management to drive service improvements.
Key Skills
1. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
3. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential, whether over the phone, in retail or in person.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in customer interactions and data entry.
