We're currently looking for a Team Leader to oversee operations at a supported living service in Blackpool (FY1). This is a temporary-to-permanent role with a 12-week probationary period—a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a supportive and rewarding environment. About the Role: Lead the daily operations of a supported living service Ensure responsive, personalised care aligned with each individual’s needs Promote independence, community inclusion, and personal development Meet all contractual, regulatory, and quality standards What You’ll Need: Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities Previous experience in team supervision or management Understanding of CQC standards, best practice, and relevant legislation Right to work in the UK (please note: we do not offer sponsorship) Two references (one from your most recent employer) Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred) A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred) Working Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week Flexibility required – includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per rota Pay Details: £15.80 per hour – Weekdays (Probation) £16.00 per hour – Nights and Weekends (Probation) ✅ Why Join Key Health?
