Your Role as a Year 2 Class Teacher
Create engaging lessons based on planned objectives, ensuring differentiation to support student progression.
Collaborate with the parallel teacher for team planning.
Set clear targets considering prior attainment.
Meeting school and national assessment requirements, maintaining accurate records and reporting student progress appropriately.
Manage Learning Support Assistants and other classroom helpers.
Participate actively in school duties, including supervising playtimes and leading assemblies.
What You Need to Succeed in This KS1 Role in Wandsworth
QTS status.
Experience in UK primary schools, particularly in KS1.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Professionalism, with the ability to work with policy and procedure within agreed timescales.
