Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Head Office, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne
Salary: £25,350 per annum FTE (£15,210 Pro Rata)
Shifts: Monday - Friday (Days to be agreed) / Flexible start and finish times
Job type: Permanent / Hybrid working (subject to passing WFH Assessment) 2 days based in Office and 1 day Home-based
Job terms: Part-time
An opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team based at our Head office on a part time basis (3 days a week).
The role will contribute to the efficient day to day running of the Finance Department. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of task including,
Processing supplier Invoices
Liaising with FD & Head of finance regarding authorisation of invoices
Sending out supplier remittances
Answering telephones
Ad hoc duties
Skills and experience required:
Sage accounts 50 experience essential
Excellent communication and team working skills both internally and externally
Excellent time management skills
Strong excel skills required
