Our client is a successful and leading residential and build to rent business who are looking for a Head of Facilities to oversee their FM team and support them in running the large portfolio of assets under their management.
This role would suit anyone who enjoys and has worked in residential FM but also build to rent, social housing, student accommodation and other areas of FM.
*This role will suit someone who can commute to Manchester or Birmingham frequently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Optimize Operations: Ensure top-notch functioning of our build-to-rent portfolio.
* Enhance Asset Value: Drive property value with innovative strategies.
* Resident Satisfaction: Deliver high-quality service and maintain assets in prime condition.
* Sustainability Leadership: Implement energy efficiency programs and sustainability initiatives.
* Financial Management: Manage budgets and plan long-term projects.
* Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team and coordinate contractors.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is desirable but not essential.
* Senior Facilities Management experience, preferably in build-to-rent but not essential.
* Professional certifications (IWFM, MCIOB, MRICS, IFMA, IOSH).
* Proficient in CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
