As a member of the E-Systems team, the Sales Director will be commercially responsible for all electronics products supplied to JLR Globally and Ford across Europe.
The Role:
Your scope will include, but not be limited to:
1. Responsible for global JLR & Ford (EUA) electronics business.
2. Responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship including profitability and revenue growth.
3. Develops and implements a comprehensive customer strategy to meet internal financial commitments as well as securing new revenue opportunities for selected customer accounts.
4. Build/develop relationships with key customer leaders.
5. Coordinates with other regional business leaders to ensure a consistent global approach where applicable.
6. Maintains a deep understanding of customer requirements and translates those into opportunities for Lear.

Your Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above preferably in a technical field.
2. At least 10-15 years’ experience managing complex customer accounts from a commercial perspective, in the automotive industry.
3. Understanding of cost drivers, financial business case analysis, and budgeting. Demonstrated ability to meet financial targets in a time-sensitive manner.
4. Strategic thinker - simplifies strategy into specific actions, makes decisions and communicates priorities.
5. Strong communication skills, self-motivated, results-oriented.
