About the role
As a Leadership Team Assistant, you will support multiple Tesco Business Leaders and Directors in achieving their priorities through effective diary management. Additionally, you will provide flexible, cross-functional support to ensure all Business Leaders and Directors receive a consistent service level.
You will be responsible for:
1. Efficiently managing multiple diaries for Business Leaders and Directors, organizing and prioritizing their time to support their work priorities.
2. Prioritizing and completing tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
3. Arranging meetings, from 1:1s to complex multi-stakeholder meetings, including location arrangements and inputting all necessary details into the diary.
4. Flagging critical emails that could pose a business risk if not responded to.
5. Fostering a culture of self-service, enabling Business Leaders and Directors to be confident in managing their own schedules.
6. Coordinating with third parties to organize national and international travel, seeking cost-effective and simple arrangements.
7. Collaborating with the Events team on large events for Business Leaders and Directors.
8. Performing administrative tasks such as raising POs and visa applications.
9. Working with external agencies to ensure value for money.
Flexible, cross-functional support
You should have the capacity to support Business Leaders and Directors across all office functions, including providing absence cover for colleagues. You will work within a dynamic framework that allows reallocation of services to different divisions as needed, ensuring efficient resource utilization aligned with shifting priorities.
