Key Worker
Job Title: Key Worker
Hours: 40 hours
Days: Monday – Friday, full time
We are looking to immediately appoint a Key Worker 40 hours per week, at our busy Nursery and Out of School Club. A minimum of one years’ experience is preferred and qualified or working towards Level 3 in Early Years.

What we’re looking for:
You will be a kind and caring person who has a passion for working with young children, from the age
of 2 years;
You will be a self-motivated team player, supporting colleagues and embracing the ethos of the
setting;
You will have a sound knowledge of child development and enjoy developing partnership with
parents;
You will bring your own ideas to develop the nursery in line with our ethos;
You will ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment;
You will plan an environment and learning experiences which children can develop through the EYFS;
You will be a Key Person to a group of children, build and maintain close and secure relationships with children, ensuring their care, health and well-being are promoted at all times;
Keep observational records of Key Children;
You will work alongside senior management to achieve outstanding standards within the nursery;
You should have basic ICT experience.
