Band 6 Specialist Diabetes Midwife Antenatal Services Oxford Road
Saint Mary’s Hospital Managed Clinical Service is the largest maternity service in the country providing care for women across Manchester, its surrounding areas and the North West. Saint Mary's Hospital is a well-known center of excellence with a vibrant and lively working atmosphere. We currently have exciting opportunities in Midwifery to include care across the pregnancy continuum including two Birth Centres. We provide intrapartum care in all settings from home birth, co-located birth Centres to complex consultant-led delivery units with an integrated high dependency unit.
To join us, you will be an experienced Band 6 Registered Midwife with a desire to specialise in Diabetes. Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Band 6 Midwife to support the Diabetes service at Oxford Road site, permanent hours. The successful post holder will provide expert, specialist knowledge and resources for diabetic women during their pregnancy supporting the existing and expanding diabetes service.
