We have an exciting opportunity for clinical support workers vacancies on ward 17 which is a respiratory ward. We have a 24 bedded unit, which provides care for patients with chronic respiratory conditions, which also include tracheostomy patients, None invasive ventilation and patients with lung cancer.

Clinical Support Worker
Assisting patients with activities of daily living, in accordance with the care plan. These duties will include the delivery of hygiene care, nutrition and hydration, continence care, pressure area care, mobility and rehabilitation.
Therapeutically engaging with patients and their families, some of which will have dementia. The ward welcomes anyone with a interest in activity and entertainment that patients and staff will enjoy.
Being part of the wider MDT and making a daily contribution to the care patients receive.
Support registered nursing staff with clinical treatments and investigations as appropriate, to the level of knowledge and skill.
