About the role As Financial Services Administrator Team Lead, you will provide both hands-on administrative support and day-to-day oversight of a small, capable team. Your focus will be on maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring the smooth delivery of operational processes. Responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day administrative support for financial advisers and paraplanners. Managing new client onboarding, account set-up, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Acting as a point of contact for internal queries and client servicing matters. Providing guidance and support to junior team members, reviewing workflow and supporting development. Contributing to ongoing process improvements and supporting upcoming system and platform changes as needed. Ensuring all work is delivered in line with compliance and regulatory standards. The Candidate This role will suit someone with a strong administrative background in wealth management or financial planning. You should be organised, client-focused, and confident supporting and mentoring others. The ideal candidate will have: Experience working within a financial planning, wealth management, or private client environment (essential). A thorough understanding of client onboarding, servicing, and back-office processes. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. The ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload, and support a small team. Professional communication skills and a proactive, supportive attitude.
