Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale
Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £89 - £99 Per day
Job Duties:
* Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
* Assist in the implementation of individual education plans
* Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour
* Help students with academic tasks and provide additional guidance when needed
* Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other staff members
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs in English and Maths
* Relevant experience working with students with special educational needs
Education:
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
Experience:
* Prior experience in a similar role within an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support diverse student needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
* SENCO qualification
* First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily within a school environment
* Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
* Potential for occasional additional hours or weekend work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
