Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 2 support and management of applications.
* Troubleshoot tickets, perform password resets, and resolve application-related issues.
* Use PowerShell scripting to push out packages and upgrade servers.
* Manage server and application upgrades to maintain system efficiency and security.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
* Proven experience in server and application upgrades.
* 2nd line support experience in Windows environments.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical engineers and non-technical customers.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with PowerShell scripting.
* Eligibility for security clearance (current clearance is a bonus but not required).

Salary:
* Competitive salary of £35,500 per annum, fixed regardless of experience.
