This is fantastic opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of remuneration projects that contribute to delivering the firm's people strategy and the annual reward cycle.

Main responsibilities
Assist the Senior Reward Manager in delivering the global annual remuneration review:
* Gathering data from HR and finance systems and checking data for accuracy.
* Assisting in financial modelling and budgeting for the annual remuneration review.
* Input into the setup, maintenance and testing of the bespoke remuneration review tool to ensure it is user friendly and provides HR Managers and reviewing managers with accurate and relevant data and reports.
* Update and input into the creation of guides to support HR Managers, Partners and Managers through the remuneration review process.
* Assist in the transfer of remuneration review outcome data to payroll and systems teams.
* Support HR Managers with queries and updating data, where required
* Assist in analysing and presenting market remuneration data.
* Completion of global remuneration surveys.
* Analyse and interpret market data.
* Assist with pay gap analysis and preparing the annual pay gap report.
* Support ad hoc and key reward projects.
* Risk and Control: Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with our regulatory requirements and internal policies
Essential skills and experience
* Previous experience in a similar reward role or an analytical role in a complex global organisation.
* High degree of professionalism and integrity.
* Treats confidential data with impartiality.
* Excellent analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
* Can deliver accurate, high quality work calmly and consistently under pressure.
* Collaborative approach.
* Previous experience of salary benchmarking .
