Job summary To work within the Estate Operations Team carrying out building and engineering services related maintenance to help provide the best environment for patients, visitors and staff within the Trust Estate Main duties of the job To assist within the Estates Department, undertaking routine and reactive maintenance work; including water, building fabric, electrical, mechanical and plumbing, and minor improvements for all Trust properties as required. To work independently and carry out all duties and other tasks as required including PPM/reactive maintenance works and escorting for the Estates service (e.g. suppliers and contractors) and carry out appropriate repair and adjustment tasks.
