We are seeking two Registered Managers: One for a 3-bed home catering to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) One for a 3-bed home catering to children with Learning Disabilities (LD) Working within these homes means becoming an integral figure in a young person's daily life, supporting them through both their challenges and achievements. As a Registered Children's Home Manager, your role is to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that fosters security, protection, and growth for both staff and young individuals. About the Homes EBD Home: Provides care and support for children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, helping them develop the skills and confidence to thrive. LD Home: Focuses on young people with learning disabilities, ensuring a supportive and structured setting that meets their specific developmental requirements. Both homes prioritise achieving the best outcomes for children by implementing a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach, including support from Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and other clinical professionals. Additionally, there is a strong, experienced Responsible Individual (RI) who will be on hand to work closely with you, providing guidance and support as you lead the home. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations. Provide strong leadership, motivation, and guidance to staff. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual children’s needs. Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and well-being. Work closely with external professionals and families to promote positive outcomes for young people.
