Mid-sized global pharmaceutical company seeks Supplier Assurance Specialist for Global Product Quality team in Berkshire. High-performing individual with solid background in supplier audit, compliance, and GMP/GDP management systems required.

* Ability to handle sensitivity and confidentiality levels appropriately
* Ability to negotiate with third parties on Quality processes
Key duties include:
* Contribute to management and maintenance of quality system to ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities are fully adequate
* Support management of suppliers and service providers
* Perform GxP audits at partner sites
* Follow-up of supplier audit reports and ensure corrective and preventative actions are in place
* Contribute to development, maintenance, and improvement of supplier management policies, standards, and procedures
* Participate in supplier development projects and continuous improvement activities
* Assist in internal audits and regulatory audits and inspections
Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office. Up to 50% travel, mostly European with occasional long-haul travel. Based at the UK office with significant travel in Europe, Asia, and North America.
