IT Support Engineer| Coventry | Up to £35,000 | 5 days On Site | 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Role Overview: We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the technical team in Coventry. We need a knowledgeable, skilled and experienced Engineer for this internal role, who has the experience of working in a busy technical helpdesk.
About You
You will be a self-motivated engineer with a track record of being able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a large client base. You Will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
* Taking initial day to day calls
* Raise tickets
* Password Resets
* Check through the day and logging calls in the Support Mailbox
* Check Nagios – reporting anything
* Setup New Starter Accounts
* Process Leaver Accounts
* Ordering Phones
* HP Laptop / Desktop Orders including Accessories
* User Printer Setups
* Laptop / Desktop Build
* Application Installs
* Desktop/End user break fix support
Technical requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Core Stack
Desktop & Server solutions across the Microsoft stack
