Job Description
Support the branch in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service, acquiring new clients, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue sales opportunities through referrals and networks.
* Provide exceptional customer service via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
* Address customer queries and complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
* Cross-sell banking products and services through ongoing relationship building.
* Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
* Support business development by promoting and attending sales events.
* Process new account applications, service requests, and remittances.
* Ensure compliance with AML policies, maintain registers, and prepare necessary documentation.
* Handle cash transactions and provide cover for personal banker and clerical roles as needed.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Area Branch Manager or senior officers.
