Education and Training
£140 - £150 Per day
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
* Adhere to the school's curriculum and lesson plans
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
* Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and behaviour
* Collaborate with other staff members to support the educational needs of students
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Previous experience working as a teacher in a school setting
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments
* Strong understanding of the UK education system
* Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
* Knowledge of current teaching methods and techniques
* Good organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working as a supply teacher
Additional Information:
* Work in various schools within the designated area
* Potential for early morning calls for assignments
* Interact with students, school staff, and parents on a daily basis
