We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our clients team as a CSA Site Manager. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities on site, ensuring projects are completed within schedule, cost, and quality parameters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects within the electrical sector. £50k - £70k Package (dependant on previous experience in a similar role) Responsibilities: Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring adherence to project objectives and timelines. Develop and implement project schedules, resource plans, and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager. Coordinate and oversee all site activities, including subcontractor management, procurement, quality control, and health and safety compliance. Monitor and report on project progress to the Project Manager, highlighting any potential risks or issues in a timely manner. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of site personnel, providing clear direction and guidance to achieve project goals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide coaching and mentoring as required. Ensure all personnel adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant regulatory bodies. Act as the primary liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of concerns. Address any client requests or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our clients reputation for excellence. Ensure adherence to all applicable quality standards, specifications, and codes throughout the project. Implement and enforce robust health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and compliance on-site. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and rectify any quality or safety issues. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, transmission, and distribution. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse workforce. Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering complex projects within budget and schedule. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships Proficient in using project management tools and software.
