Role Details and Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.
About the Role
Joining us as a Customer Advisor is a great opportunity, whether it’s your first job and you’re looking to gain valuable experience, or you have retail experience and are seeking a new challenge. This could be the start of a new career with us.
You will work onsite, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager, and your responsibilities could include assisting at the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. Your tasks will include:
1. Helping customers and making them feel at ease by listening, answering questions, providing advice on products, recommending items, or offering baskets.
2. Promoting our in-store offers and schemes to enhance customer experience.
3. Ensuring smooth store operations, such as displaying products, providing excellent service at the tills, and managing stock in the stock rooms.
4. Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
What You’ll Need
Full training is provided. We are looking for individuals who:
* Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Communicate and listen effectively.
* Enjoy team collaboration.
* Understand the importance of small details in customer interactions.
* Are proud to represent the Boots brand and assist customers in finding the best products for them.
Preferred but Not Essential
* Experience in customer care and service delivery.
