The One Group are proud to be working exclusively with an established business, who are leaders within the world of automation who are currently expanding their HR team with the need for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
If you have experience within a busy payroll role who has touched on some elements of HR and are keen to step into a more varied role this is perfect for you!
What you day will look like?
* Processing of end-to-end payroll for UK employees, this includes the full cycle from new starters, salary adjustments and statutory payments.
* Coordination of payroll data and ensuring a smooth process for the companies external payroll provider.
* Employee benefit administration and coordination, including pensions, insurance and other added benefits.
* Compliance of within HMRC regulations including PAYE, NICs and P11Ds.
* Ensuring the HR and payroll systems are kept up to date.
* Supporting both HR and finance with administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate for this role with has solid experience working with UK payroll legislation, have some experience with benefit schemes, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential data. You will have high level experience with payroll software, and it would be beneficial with you have experience with HRIS platforms.
This role is permanent, and you will be joining a hard-working team within a business that have big plans to expand at a stable pace.
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday this a fully office-based role.
Benefits and Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 dependent on experience, life insurance, cycle to work scheme, pension.
