Job summary The North division has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Matron for the North West Sites since its rapid growth over the past year. The post holder will work collaboratively with the existing Matrons who are in post. The post holder will provide oversight, leadership and management to the network sites across the Northwest sites. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Matrons from the North Division and also across the trust. Quality and safety and patient experience will be a key part of your role as well as developing staff and innovating in service delivery in the sites.
