* To be an integral part of the team to support all aspects of the care role
* Provide person-centered care
* Provide support in daily living activities
* Manage and administer medication
* Understand, adhere to, and follow care standards. Policies and procedures
* Keep all records up to date with accurate information
* Provide support with personal care (Undressing, bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care)
* Provide support with Nutrition and Hydration - Meal Preparation
* Engage with the service user
* Light Domestic Duties/Shopping
* Make sure that safe care practices are adhered to
* Using Moving and Handling equipment
* Communicate with other colleagues and senior-level staff
* Maintain Confidentiality
Must be hard-working and Honest.
* Must have a valid care training certificate.
* Must have a minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a care setting.
* Must hold an Enhanced DBS on update service.
* Must be a Driver.
* Must be willing to get paid as a contractor under an umbrella company.
* Must have experience in customer service.
